Executive Assistant in a U.S tax accounting firm– Administrative assistant to dynamic tax department including secretarial duties and on the job training for tax related filings.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous Office Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access
  • Adept at learning and handling new software
  • English mother tongue, Fluent Hebrew

 

 Position Title: Secretary / Assistant (Full-Time)

Position Description: Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the corporate tax department. 

Administrative Responsibilities

  • š  Answering client phone calls
  • š  Managing Director’s and Team Leaders’ calendars
  • š  Personal Assistant to Director and Team Leaders
  • š  Assist Tax Professionals with client services
  • š  Set up clients in tax program and other internal software
 

  • š  Maintain filing system and client work
  • š  Establish, develop and maintain constructive relationships with coworkers and clients.
  • š  Communicate with management on any client or internal issues as needed.

 

Tax Preparation Responsibilities

  • Preparation of various tax forms including:
  • Extensions
  • FBAR
  • 1099
  • 1042
  • SS-4
  • 8832
  • 2848
  • 5471
  • Sales Tax
  • Forming Corporations
  • Assemble tax returns and transmit via electronic filing
  • Electronic filing of annual and franchise tax reports
  • Electronic payment of taxes
  • Correspondence and negotiation with tax authorities on clients’ tax matters
  • Provide guidance to Israeli clients to ensure their understanding and proper execution of tax filings.
