Experienced U.S. Tax Preparer

To prepare U.S. tax filings at a high-level for a well-established accounting firm that serves a large and dynamic client base.


Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of U.S. tax preparation experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and think out of the box
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers (significant advantage)
  • Licensed U.S. CPA (advantage)
  • Fluent in English and high-level of Hebrew
  • Sunday-Thursday 9:00-17:00 (flexible hours)

Administrative Assistant

Searching for an administrative assistant for our Jerusalem office to provide the following:


  • Support to tax professionals in various administrative aspects of tax return process
  • Support to admin department with various administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain client relationships


  • Job requirements:
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Administrative experience in an office environment
    • Basic understanding of U.S taxes a plus
    • English mother tongue & Hebrew fluency
    • Work hours: Sunday-Thursday 9:00-17:00
