Administrative Position (covering for maternity leave 5-6 months)

We are looking to hire an administrative assistant with prior admin experience.
Individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office, good with numbers and very detail oriented.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, written and spoken, flexible nature and able to multi task.
U.S. accounting background is a plus but not essential. Mother tongue English and Hebrew is required.
Position is 5 days a week, 6 hours a day in Bet Shemesh.

To prepare US tax filings at a high-level for a well-established accounting firm that serves a large and dynamic client base.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of US tax preparation experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and think out of the box
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers (significant advantage)
  • Licensed US CPA (advantage)
  • Fluent in English and high-level of Hebrew
  • Sunday-Thursday 9:00-17:00 (flexible hours)
